OUTREACH AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS
Outreach: to reach farther than; to exceed or go beyond a limit; the provision of information and services to groups in society who might otherwise be rejected
Community Relations: a meaningful connection or association between groups of people with a common background or with shared interests within society
Components of the Community Relations and Outreach Ministry
a) Service – providing support to members of the community in distress, as possible
b) Programs and Events – Offer and support local initiatives that promote education, information, spiritual awareness, and health and wellness
c) Political Outreach – to be the voice of the people of faith LGBTQ community in Baltimore, Maryland and beyond
